Founded by a mother and son duo, Holly's opened its doors to provide a unique cafe experience and a place for the community to gather.

Inspired by the heritage property in which we reside and a commitment to quality, we have grown into a beloved local hub.

    Judi's family has been in the restaurant industry for her whole life and she has always dreamed of having her own spot. She is self-trained and her Italian-Canadian background is the inspiration for the menu at Holly's.

  • Ron, owner

    With a passion for both art and food, Ron created the concept for the space in which Holly's and Studio 27 resides. He is committed to continuously improving the business so that it meets the needs of the community.

  • TED, manager

    As a career engineer, Ted has channeled expertise into finding ways to improve the restaurant industry. Ted is the brain behind our innovative equipment and creative approach to operating in the industry.
